What is a psychic clearing?

Just wanted to let you know its been 12 hours since my psychic clearing and only now just realized...all day, I've felt so much better, omg. Since I booked our session a week ago I'd just been feeling off, not in my body, and just so foggy and unclear. It was kinda scary because it's not like me, and I couldn't find my centre again.
