The very core of who we are, and what the Universe is, can be summed up in one word: energy. This occurs on a mind, body, and spirit level, across all lifetimes and dimensions

The problem is, most people only work through blocks on one level, not all three

Your body is the vessel for life on Earth, and holds experiences, memories, beliefs, and sensations, from this life and beyond. If heavy energy is present from past situations, it can stop you from fully embodying the frequency necessary for your desires

During our time together, if I am led to working with the body, we will work to understand the root cause of this energy & release it

SOUL

Your energetic field attracts and repels things in and out of your life. When energy is heavy, stuck, or muddled, and negative entities & programs are present, this dilutes your magnetism & core essence

If our session calls for it, dense beliefs, experiences, identities, and frequencies will be removed & we will restore your field with the highest energies

I have been connected to the spiritual world for as long as I can remember, but consciously on my journey for over 15 years. I always inherently knew there was something more.

Despite this, I went to University and graduated with a BBA w/ distinction, worked as a corporate auditor at one of the top accounting firms in the world, and achieved my Chartered Professional Accountants designation (CPA).

On the outside looking in, I was living the dream. But on the inside, I was depressed, burnt out, filled with anxiety, and had no passion for life. I went inwards and realized what had been in front of my all along.

I had started my IG page back in University, just for fun, to share tips about manifestation and spirituality, and realized THIS is what my soul had been calling me to do all along.
